This Is Me Looking

In her first year in America, six-year-old Wen-You Cai started photographing whatever caught her eye: landmarks, museums, family and friends, and home décor... Her photos were glued into an album and captioned starting with “This is…” Thirty years later, with the same eye and the same instinct, she’s still capturing whatever she finds curious. This Is Me Looking pairs 14 photo sets from that original 1996 album with photographs Wen-You took this past year. A thirty-year gap, still unfolding.
